Many dairies are going out of business due to low milk prices and other economic pressures. We are the last dairy in Harvey County in SC Kansas. We are in a transition phase having spent the last decade trying to find a sustainable future for our farm. Having an on-farm, licensed cheese creamery has been an honor of a lifetime, but we are sadly in the process of closing shop due to challenging economics.
