Getting our product to you safely and efficiently is important to us. Orders will be shipped Monday-Wednesday. If your order is placed Wednesday or after, it will be shipped the following Monday to prevent it from sitting in warehouses over the weekend. It is crucial that you verify your shipping address is correct.

Shipping cold products requires specific packaging. This is why we have a required packaging fee of $10.00 to ensure freshness upon arrival. The $10.00 fee is automatically put into your shipping charges when you checkout.

When your cheese arrives it may be cool or at room temperature. Rest assured the product has been chilled with ice packs throughout the trip.
